Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, seeks an RN for the Home Health/Hospice CHAH program to oversee daily coordination and delivery of skilled home care.

Required: MO-licensed RN with active BLS; minimum one year of professional nursing; home health or hospice experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus. Day shift, 40 hours/week, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

Oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled home care for patients to ensure the highest quality of care.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience

• Required: Minimum one (1) year experience in professional nursing within the last three (3) years.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Minimum six (6) months experience in Home Health or Hospice.

Skills

• Must have independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to exercise attention to detail and prioritize efficiently.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
• Basic knowledge of computer preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri
• Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
• Required: Active Driver's License
