Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking highly qualified CH-47F Instructor Pilots to support TAFT programs worldwide. You will provide advanced flight instruction, mentorship, and technical guidance to international CH-47F aircrews while upholding U.S. Army aviation training standards.

The role involves working with partner-nation aviation personnel to develop proficient, safe, and mission-ready CH-47F capabilities in an international advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Former U.S. Army CH-47F Instructor Pilot with documented IP experience.
• Current or previously qualified CH-47F IP; Block I qualification required, Block II preferred.
• Minimum 1,500 hours total rotary-wing flight time.
• Extensive CH-47F systems knowledge and flight safety practices.
• Strong communication, instructional, and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearances, passport, and visas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CH-47F Instructor Pilot Advisor to FMS partner nations.
• Provide advanced CH-47F flight instruction in classrooms and aircraft.
• Conduct academic instruction on systems, limitations, procedures, and ops.
• Mentor international CH-47F pilots and aircrews.
• Develop pilot proficiency through continuation and mission-oriented training.
• Provide instruction on crew coordination, risk management, and safety.
• Identify deficiencies and provide corrective instruction and remediation.
• Assist in pilot qualification and training progression as directed.
