Job summary

Price Rite in Johnston, RI is hiring for a CGO/Scanning Coordinator. You will manage pricing integrity storewide, maintain equipment, and support multiple departments to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires strong basic math, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in varying temperatures within a retail environment. Previous scanning/CGO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English effectively.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for prolonged periods and climb ladders or step stools as needed.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products and withstand dust.
• Operate computer terminal keyboard and numeric keypad on a standard calculator.

Responsibilities

• Perform CGO functions: review order lists, review LINK and email daily, and execute price changes.
• Walk aisles to scan highs and lows, prepare CGO orders, ensure pricing accuracy.
• Scan dead stock and review/adjust forecast percentages; communicate item issues to buyers.
• Maintain plan-o-grams, price files and batches; maintain item variety and shelf sets.
• Conduct shelf audits and cycle counts; complete host comparisons and correct errors.
• Ensure compliance with pricing standards and company policies; greet customers and provide friendly service.
