Job summary

Price Rite of PROVIDENCE is seeking a CGO/Scanning Coordinator to support pricing integrity and store operations in Providence, RI. You will review orders, manage price changes, and scan shelves to identify gaps while coordinating with buyers and Merchandising.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder or step stool.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate basic computer and calculator functions.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried and processed products.

Responsibilities

• Perform CGO functions: Review order lists, review LINK and email, apply price changes, scan aisles for holes, prepare CGO orders.
• Ensure pricing accuracy via daily sign and label checks; scan dead stock from deliveries.
• Review and adjust forecast percentages; communicate item issues to buyers.
• Maintain plan-of-grams, pricing files, and item variety; conduct shelf audits and cycle counts.
• Complete Host Comparison reporting with Merchandising; reconcile weekly price changes from Wakefern.
• Maintain pricing accuracy to match weekly ads; comply with company policies and government pricing standards.
