Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on lyophilization processing, formulation, and cleanroom manufacturing activities following cGMP and GDP guidelines.
• Confirm receipt and preparation of raw materials to ensure production builds stay strictly on schedule.
• Maintain, stock, and sanitize designated cleanroom environments to support uninterrupted daily operations.
• Troubleshoot standard operational procedures, initiate minor document revisions, and **escalate** technical issues effectively.
• Coordinate smooth shift handoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on understanding of lyophilization technology and formulation procedures

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field
• 2+ years of biomanufacturing experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment
• Proficiency with scientific units of measure and basic computer systems
• Ability to pass a standard visual acuity examination per SOP guidelines
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work flexible 1st/2nd shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
