Job summary

Kelly Services in Louisville, CO is hiring a cGMP Cleaning Technician to support a biotechnology manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining highly controlled cleanroom environments and following SOPs and GMP protocols to ensure quality and compliance.

The position offers an 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work. Competitive hourly pay from $24 to $30 per hour DOE, with full-time temporary assignment and opportunities to grow in a regulated lab

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable standing and walking during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and return-to-service cleaning of cGMP cleanrooms.
• Clean ceilings, walls, floors, equipment, and surfaces using approved methods.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to SOPs.
• Complete accurate documentation and cleaning logbooks.
• Maintain inventory of gowning supplies, cleaning materials, and consumables.
• Assist with EMPQ and validation activities.
• Stock manufacturing materials and supplies.
• Verify equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet cleaning schedules.
