Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking a cGMP Cleaning Technician for a newly constructed biotech GMP facility in Louisville, CO. The role supports Manufacturing Operations with daily cleanings, documentation, and adherence to SOPs in ISO5-ISO9 clean-room environments.

Requirements include a high school diploma and about 1 year of cGMP clean-room cleaning experience. The position is a 9-12 month contract with a shift from 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday, and a pay rate of $24-$30 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of cGMP clean-room cleaning experience desirable.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute and clean-up after required cleaning activities within the controlled spaces.
  • Directly follow and execute tasks per controlled documents and SOPs.
  • Work while wearing clean-room gowning materials.
  • Adhere to SOPs, GMP, and GDP practices.
  • Perform equipment, process, and system validation activities including EMPQ and return-to-service.

Job Description Kelly Science and Clinical is leading the search for a capable cGMP clean-room cleaning technicianto support Manufacturing Operations for a game-changing biotech customer. Work will be done in a newly constructedearly-stagecell/gene therapyGMPmanufacturing facility.

Job Title:cGMP Cleaning Technician
Location:Louisville, Colorado (80027)
Rate: $24-30/hr. (commensurate with experience)
Duration: 9-12 months
Shift: 6am-2pm | Mon-Fri

POSITION SUMMARY
Ensuring that we produce products in a highly controlled environment of which cleaning is an essential duty.Primary job responsibilitiesinclude, butarenot limited tofollowing SOPs to prepare cleaning solutions, perform dailyroutinecleaningas well as return to service cleaningof clean-room areas and document cleaning on area logbooks.The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and directly follow Standard Operating Procedures as well ascomply withSafety procedures and work practices.Under the supervision of the Manufacturing supervisor, the cleaning team will coordinate scheduling of cleaning activities and work with Quality to ensure tasks are completed and documented per the procedures.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, execute and clean-up after required cleaning activities within the Controlled spaces of the CLIMB.
  • Directly follow and execute the role percontrolleddocumentsand standard operating procedureson behalf of Manufacturing Operations
  • Ability to work wearingclean-roomgowning materials
  • Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures, good manufacturing practices, and good documentationpractices
  • Performsandparticipatesin equipment,process,and systemvalidationactivities including Environmental MonitoringPerformanceQualification (EMPQ)and return to serviceactivities
  • PerformscGMP cleaningin an asepticclean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9)
  • Maintainsinventory and performsstocking activities for gowning, cleaning, and consumable materials to ensure sufficient inventory is availableto support manufacturing operations
  • Ensures development of operating schedules and ensures schedule adherence for manufacturing taskexecution
  • Other duties as needed

RequiredQualifications:

  • High schooldegreeor equivalent
  • 1 yearof cGMPclean-room cleaningexperience in the pharmaceutical, biologics and/or medical device field is desired or equivalent in work experience oreducation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working on results-oriented teams where contribution and collaboration were critical to projectsuccess
  • Proficient in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications
  • Self-motivatedwithstrongorganization and communication skills and can workindependently

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability togown asepticallyandwork in a Clean Room environment
  • Ability to work while gowned for extended periods oftime
  • Ability to work while reaching and working overhead performing repetitivetasks
  • Extensive useandhandlingofchemicals and biological materials
  • Must have the ability to work around laboratories, manufacturing areasand equipment, and regularly lift 10-20lbs. andperiodicallylift upto 50lbs.
  • Abilityto work nights and weekends as needed
