Job summary

Makemarks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Production team with data governance and workflow management. The role involves maintaining CGI production processes, assigning tasks to artists, and ensuring data accuracy.

Experience with Shotgun/Shotgrid/Flow and CGI environments is preferred. This remote US position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a global team across studios and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the workflow of the CGI Production process.
• Manage task assignments and priorities for the artists.
• Provide artists with support to enable them to complete assigned tasks.
• Responsible for data governance to ensure accuracy.
• Publish client notes within project management system.
• Manage incoming data, products and tasking.
• Shotgun/Shotgrid/Flow experience required.
• Experience working in a CGI environment.
