Dee Manufacturing LLC in Crookston, MN is hiring a Cut, Grind & Finish Laborer for 1st shift. This role involves cutting, grinding and finishing metal castings, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean work area. We offer training if needed and a strong team environment.

Starting wage is $22.16/hour with benefits including daycare reimbursement, discretionary bonus, employee referral bonus, health/dental/vision, HSA, disability coverage, and PTO/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Cut, grind, and finish metal castings to meet quality standards.
• Remove excess material, rough edges, and imperfections from castings.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Operate hand tools and finishing equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with your team to keep production moving efficiently.
