Job summary

WAF - Crookston is hiring a CNC Operator for 1st shift to operate CNC machines and produce quality parts. You will monitor operations, inspect parts, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced machine shop environment.

We welcome candidates with or without CNC experience who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. Enjoy a 1st shift with evenings free and competitive benefits including a bonus program and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Desired Education and Experience: Technical training in CNC Operation or machining. Previous Machine Shop experience.
