CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Join our pediatric nursing team and help children with complex medical needs feel safe, supported, and cared for through skilled in-home care, documentation, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work in Bethlehem, Leighton, Palmerton, North Hampton.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home.
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs.
• Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records.
• Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift.

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs- providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Willingness to work in Bethlehem, Leighton, Palmerton, North Hampton
