Job summary

SCO Family of Services in Dix Hills, NY is seeking a CFTSS Behavioral Health Provider (Part-Time) to deliver direct services under the CFTSS program. This role supports youth and families with goal-directed, solution-based interventions.

Candidates must have a HS diploma, or BA preferred, and be able to work up to 29 hours per week. A valid NYS driver's license and clear background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have training and experience to provide direct services related to the treatment of mental illness.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently with confidentiality.
• Must be cleared by the NYS Justice Center through fingerprinting.
• Must be cleared by the NYS OCFS for instances of child abuse and/or neglect.
• Be at least eighteen with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; BA degree preferred.
• Must have experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed youth.
• Valid New York State Driver's License.
• Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register and fingerprinting.
• Must obtain screening for physical/mantoux testing.
