CFTSS Behavioral Health Provider– Brooklyn is a part-time role with SCO Family of Services. The position requires delivering direct behavioral health services to youth and families in NYC and Long Island, with a focus on goal-directed supports and solution-based interventions.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED (BA preferred), a valid NYS driver’s license, and successful clearances for criminal history and child welfare. Travel up to 75% is possible.

Formación

• Must have training and experience to provide direct services related to mental illness.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be cleared by NYS Justice Center through fingerprinting for a Criminal History Records search.
• Must be cleared by NYS OCFS for child abuse and/or neglect cases.
• Be at least eighteen with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Must have experience with seriously emotionally disturbed youth or related experience.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License.
• Acceptable clearance checks for SCR, driver license and fingerprinting.
• Must obtain screening for physical/mantoux testing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral health services to youth and families.
• Engage with children, youth and caregivers in various NYC and Long Island communities.
• Work up to 29 hours weekly as a CFTSS provider.
