Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of aerospace composite manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Toray prepreg materials including handling and curing.
• Proficiency in CNC routing, fixture design, and CAM programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility startups and equipment installation.
• Oversee bonding preparation processes and manage autoclave operations.
