Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current student with anticipated graduation.
• Willingness to relocate one to two times during rotation.
• Professionalism, discretion and ability to self-manage time from remote locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Travel up to 15-25% of time; periodic overnight travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CFP rotations across multiple tracks per program tracks.
• Assist in problem-solving and lead projects within rotations.
• Help departments achieve short- and long-term objectives.
• Receive guidance and career counseling from mentors and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
