Vanguard invites high-potential undergraduates to join the College to Corporate Advice Internship Program, a paid, summer experience designed to develop CFP® certification readiness and hands-on understanding of Vanguard’s mission, investment philosophy, and client advisory services.

During Summer2027, you will gain real-world exposure to personal planning processes, be mentored by seasoned leaders, and explore a rotational program that could lead to full-time opportunities within Vanguard’s

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree required.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Currently enrolled in CFP Board-Registered program.
• Desire to sit for the CFP exam before or after graduation.
• Effective communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Vanguard College to Corporate Advice Internship Program across advisory areas.
• Develop knowledge of the personal financial planning process and Vanguard’s advice offerings.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from department managers and internship program managers.
