• Ability to handle sensitive client financial information with the utmost confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Shadow/assist CFP professionals on client-focused financial planning tasks.
• Draft data collection letters to gather essential client information.
• Type meeting notes in Salesforce and keep client records updated.
• Assist planners with analysis and plan updates ahead of client meetings.
• Research planning questions as they arise.
• Review wills, trusts, and estate documents with guidance.
