The CFO will supervise the Finance Team, coordinate with executives and donors, and ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and technology planning for secure financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 10+ years in financial management.
• Senior level management and supervision experience in finance.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to translate complex finances into actionable decisions.
• Familiarity with GAAP, audits, and governmental reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including payroll, reporting, and audits.
• Lead budgeting processes and provide timely, accurate analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, laws, and policy terms.
• Manage relationships with institutions, donors, and vendors.
• Mentor staff and drive accountable, collaborative financial teams.
