Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry is seeking a CFO to lead financial strategy and operations for a multi-site food and nutraceutical manufacturer in Oregon and New York.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate business strategy into financial plans, strengthen growth, improve cash flow, and guide capital investments. It requires extensive experience in finance leadership within manufacturing and a CPA/CMA/MPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CMA or MPA highly preferred.
• At least 12 years leading and managing finance teams.
• Experience in food manufacturing or complex manufacturing industries.
• Ability to build strategic business partnerships and improve EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic and financial priorities with the executive team.
• Lead the annual operating plan and long-range planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Drive profitable growth, pricing, and capital investments across sites.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Provide executive leadership for Finance & Accounting and build a high-performing team.
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management.
