Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center seeks a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer with direct Skilled Nursing Facility finance and reimbursement expertise. The role leads finance and revenue cycle across a multi-state portfolio, driving cash flow, internal controls, and scalable back-office infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of senior financial leadership in SNF settings, with proven results in collections, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Must have direct SNF experience in finance and reimbursement.
• 7–10+ years in financial leadership with multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for multi-site SNF operations.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Direct end-to-end revenue cycle and billing processes across facilities.
• Drive denial management, collections, and compliance with regs.
• Partner with clinical ops to align financial goals with care quality.
