Job summary

Supplied Talent is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a Grand Junction, Colorado skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This hands-on executive role leads accounting, reimbursement, and billing while partnering with facility leadership on census, payer mix, and margin performance.

The CFO will supervise the business office, oversee monthly closes, prepare financial statements, and drive budget and cash flow planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting/finance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Healthcare finance experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/VA/private pay billing and reimbursement.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the facility's financial operation end to end including monthly close and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Drive budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and capital planning.
• Oversee reimbursement, cost reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the accounting and business office staff and policies.
