Job summary

Sitreps, a PE-backed portable sanitation platform, seeks a CFO to build and lead the finance function across Corporate and regional branches in Las Vegas with partial remote work.

You will own financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, insurance, risk, IT, and M&A integration, positioning the company for organic growth and add-on acquisitions.

This is a senior, equity-enabled role reporting to the CEO, with access to a board and sponsor in a fast-paced private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in PE-backed, multi-location business.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, ERP and multi-state operations.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance across Corporate and all branches, supported by accounting staff.
• Own financial strategy, reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury, tax and risk management.
• Oversee insurance program and enterprise risk management, IT and M&A integration.
• Coordinate with CEO, Board and sponsor to convey performance, liquidity and risk.
