Qualifications

• Significant experience in CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership.
• Strong operational finance and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience partnering with senior operational and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to improve financial reporting, forecasting, systems and controls.
• Experience leading finance through ownership transitions or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy including accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, tax and internal controls.
• Partner with CEO and ownership to provide financial insight for major decisions.
• Guide finance through ownership transition and integration.
• Establish disciplined financial reporting and operating cadence across the organization.
• Strengthen long-range planning and forecasting to improve visibility into performance.
• Improve cash flow, working capital and project margin visibility with operations.
• Drive improvements to financial systems, processes, controls and data quality.
• Develop a high-performing finance team and succession plan.
• Provide financial leadership around strategic initiatives, capital allocation and growth opportunities.
