Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA preferred or MBA/masters in accounting/finance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct all aspects of the hospital's financial operations, including financial planning, reporting and treasury management.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are completed timely and accurately.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and address variances with policy compliance.
• Prepare corporate reports (Monthly Operating Report, forecasts) timely and accurately.
• Direct Revenue Cycle to maximize cash collections and minimize uncompensated care.
• Oversee Front End Revenue Cycle processes including insurance verification for 100% of patients and proper logging of upfront collections.
• Supervise Accounting, Patient Accounting/Business Office, Health Information Management and other departments as assigned by CEO.
• Prepare annual capital budgets and asset depreciation accounting following policy.
• Provide financial leadership to facility managers and train managers on financial matters.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and ensure compliance.
