Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer in Training (CFOT) for its Behavioral Health division. The academy runs 1 to 3 years across UHS facilities, combining on-the-job training with classroom and experiential learning to build the capabilities needed for a future CFO.

Candidates must be open to relocation after training; relocation assistance is provided. The program develops budgeting, financial reporting, audits, strategic finance, and leadership skills, with placement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; master’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare financial management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for assigned facilities.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with regional directors and facility leaders.
• Participate in CFOT training curriculum (classroom, experiential, online).
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end close reviews with the Regional Financial Director.
• Participate in leadership training and budget presentations.
• Assist in internal and external audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
