Universal Health Services, Inc. is launching a Chief Financial Officer in Training (CFOT) within its Behavioral Health CFO Academy.

The program pairs trainees with regional and corporate finance leaders for 1–3 years of on-site development, including classroom and experiential learning, with a path to a CFO role upon completion. Candidates should be open to relocation after training; relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance, master’s degree preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in standard accounting operating procedures and principles
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the program (Relocation assistance provided by UHS)
• 15% Travel

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for assigned facilities
• Collaborate with Regional Director and facility leaders on budgets and forecasts
• Participate in CFOT training curriculum (classroom, experiential, online)
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in month-end close reviews and issue resolution
• Participate in leadership training and budget presentations
• Assist with internal and external audits with documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
