Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with five+ years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• Knowledge of higher education administrative and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of government fiscal policies and grant funding from state/federal sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, procurement, student financial awards, and audit compliance.
• Provide executive leadership for Fiscal Affairs and Financial Aid, directing reporting divisions and contracting functions.
• Advise President and Area Commissioners on financial strategy, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop long-term financial forecasts, allocate resources, and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Maintain robust cash flow forecasting, manage debt collection, grant drawdowns, and insurance/risk management.
• Oversee audits and compliance reporting, ensuring timely submissions and policy improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
