Qualifications

• Direct experience managing lending facilities and debt capital relationships.
• Experience leading a $100M+ exit process.
• Track record of building financial infrastructure at a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Own all relationships with debt capital providers.
• Oversee capital strategy and debt facility management.
• Lead negotiations for new or expanded credit facilities.
