Job summary

Scratchpay in Pasadena is seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy and manage complex lending facilities. This role requires a strong background in consumer lending, with a focus on capital strategy and debt management. You will work closely with the CEO and the board.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading significant exit processes and developing financial infrastructure in a growth-stage fintech environment.

Qualifications

Direct experience managing lending facilities and debt capital relationships.
Experience leading a $100M+ exit process.
Track record of building financial infrastructure at a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

Own all relationships with debt capital providers.
Oversee capital strategy and debt facility management.
Lead negotiations for new or expanded credit facilities.
