Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/CFA designation or MBA preferred is highly desirable.
• 5-8 years of financial management experience with at least 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial forecasting aligned with mission.
• Ensure GAAP and Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops-Education Department standards.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury management and banking relationships.
• Manage risk, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Oversee daily accounting functions with business office staff.
• Support advancement efforts, including grants and endowment management.
• Oversee HR payroll and benefits in coordination with external providers.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with President, Principal and Board on strategic planning.
