LOB Job Description:
This role is on the Loans, Counterparty, and Climate/ESG (LC&C) Product Data team within CFO Data Management and will be responsible for leading the ATLAS Loans team and supporting the data needs of our partners in Global Liquidity Management.
This role is a direct report to the LC&C Product Data Executive. As a member of the LC&C leadership team, you will play a key role in helping us execute our purpose, vision, and guiding principles in CFO Data Management.
Responsibilities:
- Works with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to understandneeds and produce data solutions, often times in partnership with Technology
- Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations so that relevant risk and compliance policies and standards are met
- Analyzes emerging needs for data to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies
- Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Works with key stakeholders across Treasury (primarily within Global Liquidity Management) to understand needs and produce data solutions, often in partnership with Technology
- Directs research of data issues to assess impact and partners with Data Management peers along with technology to drive timely resolution
- Analyzes emerging needs for data to address regulatory requirements and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies
- Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies
- Establishes and improves processes through automation that support Data Management activities
- Works with Loan Product Support lead to ensure coverage for the ATLAS Loans Team is coordinated with clear expectations regarding roles and responsibilities
- Directs daily functional activities and provide coaching to data analysts on the ATLAS Loans Team in a matrixed environment

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Data Management or Financial Services experience
- Familiarity with Bank’s wholesale credit and consumer credit products, processes, and systems
- Strong data analysis and data presentation skills
- Knowledge of data management fundamentals and experience implementing data solutions
- Ability to identify, own, escalate, and oversee remediation of data issues as needed
- Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver data solutions
- Proven leader within highly-matrixed organizations
- Ability to self-prioritize competing tasks/priorities as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to influence decisions to achieve desired results
- Must possess excellent time-management, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to navigate the enterprise to research and resource information across the bank
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting or working in Global Liquidity Management
- Proficient working with large databases, experience with data mining
- Knowledge and experience of the Company’s data policies and standards and basic understanding of data architecture
- Experience with initiatives and/or deliverables related to Financial Data Management and Regulatory Reporting
- Hands-on data and process analysis skills – ability to independently research problems, determine root causes and propose solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
