• Strong month-end close, financial reporting, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
• Manage banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting.
• Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance.
• Coordinate tax work with the external CPA firm.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
