Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s accounting department and monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate audits and annual budgets/forecasts; monitor KPIs and variance reporting.
• Provide analysis for capital investments, pricing, and contracts; manage cash and banking relationships.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for international subsidiaries and lender reporting.
