Job summary

NOW CFO is seeking a seasoned CFO Consultant to join our nationwide team, overseeing financial operations, driving strategic growth, and guiding technology-enabled finance initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of senior financial leadership, deep accounting expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills to partner with executives, investors, and lenders, while mentoring finance teams and shaping policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong technical background with data analysis and technology integration.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and leverage technology within finance functions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Diverse industry experience strongly preferred.
