Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership or as CFO.
• Strong technical background in data analysis and technology integration.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and planning activities.
