CFS is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization's accounting, finance, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience overseeing accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and treasury functions.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit activities.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and cash management.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance staff.

Our client is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's accounting, finance, and business operations functions.
