Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician for maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment across the Southeast. The role requires CFESA credentials and on-call availability to meet customer needs.

You will troubleshoot gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam systems, document work with a tablet, and train/mentor others while upholding safety policies and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• 1 year of applicable experience.
• CFESA Master Technician with three CFESA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Document tasks via tablet (parts orders, work orders, timesheets).
• Communicate repairs and status professionally to customers.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools and uniforms.
• Participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotation.
