Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace is seeking a CFD Engineer to advance aerodynamic and propulsion analyses for air vehicle and munition programs. The role is hands-on, tackling meshing, solving, and post-processing high-fidelity CFD for internal and external flows across subsonic to high-supersonic regimes.

You will collaborate with aerodynamics and propulsion engineers to translate design questions into structured CFD studies and deliver actionable results for design guidance.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years CFD experience or related graduate research.
• Experience with at least one major CFD solver.
• Knowledge of meshing for internal/external flows.
• Proficiency in CFD post-processing and data reduction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, solve, and post-process high-fidelity CFD simulations for internal and external flows.
• Support inlet/nozzle/combustor studies with high-fidelity CFD.
• Generate CFD-based databases for performance modeling and trajectory simulation.
• Develop large-scale parametric CFD studies on HPC platforms.
• Document CFD methodologies, mesh, solver settings, and validation.
