Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering or Science with 10+ years of relevant CFD experience.
• Proven track record as a Principal Investigator in CFD with hydromechanics emphasis.
• Experience managing and mentoring technical staff and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFD division design and performance analyses using in-house and commercial CFD tools.
• Develop and mature business relationships with DoD and industry sponsors.
• Oversee personnel management, recruitment, and professional development.
