Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer to lead CFD model development for mission-critical data center projects. The role involves directing the CFD project team through design and construction, adapting models to budget constraints and client needs, and delivering client-ready reports.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required.
• FE exam candidate with 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead CFD analysis from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Prepare and present technical reports for clients.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence across CFD workstreams.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on modeling requirements.
• Conduct wind speed and weather probability analyses.
• Perform all duties as assigned.
