Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a CF Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Los Angeles, CA, onsite in a school setting. The role supports students with speech and language services under educational guidelines and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The candidate will provide therapy, complete evaluations, develop goals, and work with teachers and families to promote academic success. A Master’s in SLP and CA licensure are required, with drug screening and background checks conducted.

CF Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Weekly Gross Pay: $1,835 per week

Location: Los Angeles, CA; Onsite – School Setting

Position Summary

As a CF Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will support students within a school-based setting by providing speech and language services in accordance with educational guidelines, clinical standards, and individualized student needs. This role works closely with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to help improve communication skills and support academic success. Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Days
• Hours per week: 35–40
• Contract length: 40 weeks

Key Duties

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and perform additional duties as assigned

Education

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of California
