Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct patient care under RN or LPN supervision in Michigan facilities. The role emphasizes compassionate support for patients and adherence to professional standards.

Positions include part-time contract roles in Whitehall and Hart, MI with travel possibilities. Successful candidates will have CNA certification, one year experience preferred, and availability for flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions.
• Current CPR if applicable.

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
