Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant to lead and support implementation projects remotely in the USA.

The role concentrates on Workday Financial Operations with some HRIS/HCM work, ensuring strong alignment with finance teams. Responsibilities include configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and financial reporting; gathering requirements; configuring processes, security, reporting, and workflows; and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday functional consulting experience.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.
• Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM/HRIS.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Financials Certification and SaaS industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Workday implementation project for Zuora.
• Focus on 70% Workday Financial Operations and 30% Workday HRIS/HCM.
• Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Configure business processes, security, reporting, and workflows.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and production deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop functional documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
