UES is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of critical infrastructure and construction projects. You will collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and project teams to verify welding compliance and uphold industry standards across diverse field sites.

This role requires travel up to 40% and a focus on clear documentation, reviewing drawings and specifications, and communicating inspection results to internal teams.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with welding certificate.
• AWS or similar welding certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of various welding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing schedules and hours to support business needs.
• Strong time management, mathematics, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform welding inspections and provide clear, accurate documentation of findings.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance.
• Partner with project teams, fabricators, and engineers to maintain quality standards throughout construction and fabrication processes.
• Support successful project delivery by identifying issues early and recommending solutions.
• Communicate inspection results and project status with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Promote and uphold a strong culture of safety in the field and on project sites.
