Apm-Manufacturing in California seeks a Certified Welder with AWS D17.1_D17.1M_D1.1 aerospace fusion welding credentials and a CWI certification. You will operate GTWA and GMAW machines, weld aluminum and steel, and read calipers and blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
The ideal candidate has MIG/TIG welding experience (10+ years preferred), reads welding symbols, owns necessary tools, and can set up and approve jobs while training teammates in a warehouse environment.
Certified Welder must have certification to AWS D17.1_D17.1M _D1.1 or equivalent Fusion Welding for Aerospace application Specifications, and CWI certification.

MIG welding: 10 years (Preferred)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees. Must know how to read and write English language.
