Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Troy, MO is seeking a Welder to join a small team of machine operators and welders. You will apply welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair metal parts per work orders or drawings.

You’ll work under the Production Supervisor, focusing on safety, accuracy, and quality. Reading production drawings, setting up welding equipment, and maintaining high workmanship are essential as you contribute to a growing company that values its people.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience required.
• Must be able to read and interpret production drawings.
• Commitment to safety and high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts and assemblies by welding, cutting, and burning using welding machines and hand tools.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment when certified.
• Inspect completed work for dimensional accuracy and weld quality; ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform first-part approvals on new tasks to ensure standards are met.
