Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Sparks, NV is seeking a skilled Welder to join a small team of operators and welders. You will apply welding processes to join, surface, fabricate and repair metal parts and assemblies as specified by work orders or drawings.

You are reliable, safety-conscious and able to read production drawings, set up welding equipment and monitor quality. Preferred qualifications include certified welder and forklift certification, with 1–2 years of welding experience.

Qualifications

• Welder with ability to join, surface, fabricate and repair metal parts per work orders.
• Ability to read production drawings and inspect completed work for specs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts by cutting, burning and welding using various tools.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and lifting equipment when certified.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and weld quality.
• Perform first-part approvals on new tasks to ensure standards.
