You will read blueprints, adjust settings for proper weld configurations, and maintain safe working practices in a manufacturing environment. Overtime, standing, and teamwork are expected.

Qualificações

• Ability to wear a welding helmet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate welding equipment to fabricate parts and subassemblies.
• Use overhead cranes to position parts for welding.
• Adjust machine settings for proper welds and configurations.
• Clean finished welds using grinders and wire wheels.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Read blueprints and follow instructions precisely.
• Assemble and weld metal components with accuracy.
• Cross-train across production areas as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and 6S procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
