Calgon Carbon Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Welder II to perform tack and finish welding of piping systems and small vessels using SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW and GMAW per CCC procedures. This role requires reading drawings and complying with safety and quality standards.

The position includes operating forklifts and cranes, maintaining documentation, and supporting non-destructive testing of welds. Eligible candidates have welding certification and ability to pass CCC procedures; shift:

Qualificações

• Certification to CCC procedures required.
• Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel or alloys may be involved.
• Ability to pass NDT of welds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tack and finish welding of piping systems and small vessels using multiple welding processes.
• Read and interpret drawings/sketches to determine weld size and location.
• Maintain clean and safe shop, document welding activities and logs.
• Assist with incoming parts inspection and final product inspection.
