Qualifications

Weld Test & Certifications

On-site weld test required as part of the interview process Test is aligned with ASME Section IX procedures Designed to reflect the actual work performed in the shop Prior ASME code welding experience required Company-paid certification and recertification to CCC welding procedures We believe great welders should show their skill, not just talk about it.

What We're Looking For

  • Schedule Rotating shift operation (details reviewed during the screening process)
  • Overtime opportunities as business needs require
Pay, Bonus & Benefits

  • Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shifts
  • $1,000 new-hire retention bonus
  • $500 at hire
  • $500 after 9 months of successful employment
