Job summary

Glenmore Veterinary Hospital in Chester County, PA, is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our 7-doctor team. The role includes an evening shift (12:00 PM–7:30/8:00 PM) and four 10‑hour shifts per week, with at least one Saturday monthly (8:00 AM–12:00 PM).

You will provide nursing and technical care, monitor anesthesia, run lab work, and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient under pressure; strong communication and teamwork.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize full skillset to provide patient care, monitor anesthesia, and run lab tests.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Educate clients on treatments and review medical records.
• Maintain high standards and contribute to hospital culture.
